Shipping

We're proud to offer free or discounted shipping rates to our customers with goods shipped within 24 hours of cleared opayment (during weekdays).

Please note the following:

  • We only ship to the UK mainland.

  • You or someone on signing on your behalf may have to be at the delivery address during business hours (9am - 5pm).

  • The driver may require assistance with some items.

  • If delivery is missed a card will be left for you and collection from the nearest depot will be required. Re-deliveries or re-directions are not available.

  • A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm the goods have arrived safely.

  • Delivery is to the property entrance only.

  • Allow 3 business days for your goods to arrive from the despatch day.

  • For extra piece of mind your purchase and delivery comes covered by 100% free transit insurance.

  • Upon dispatch from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information and the couriers customer service details so you can track and co-ordinate your delivery.

 

Returns

We provide a 30 days peace of mind returns policy and Money Back Guarantee.

If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us and we will advise you on the returns process. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs and collection cost).

  • In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund if the items are returned to us within 30 days. We will not be responsible after 30 days. If the goods are damaged or fault, photo or video proof may be requested.
  • If goods are repairable, we will organise a prepaid collection or provide a returns label. Goods must be packaged and secured. Alternatively, if the good are easily repairable we can send the replacement parts free of cost.
  • If goods are unrepairable full refund will be issued and goods will not be collected.
     
  • You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense if the item is unwanted.

  • You must ensure that the unwanted goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a saleable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
     
  • Please ensure you include a returns form detailing your order, name and address.
     
  • If you fail to return the goods we may decide to collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.
     
  • We process all refunds to the original payment method used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque.

  • We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on your card.

  • If you return something because of an error on our part, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us.

 

Cancellation

  • If you decide to cancel you order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a saleable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we may charge you for the reduction in value.
     
  • If you decide to cancel your order before the goods have been delivered to you, please contact us as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. If the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
     
  • When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please provide your name, email and order number. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone so please email us.
